Additionally, she was a part in the film of Francis Ford Coppola Youth Without Youth. In 2008 she played Yasim anwar in BBC mini-series The Last Enemy. Marinca is a regular on Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven and the Romanian drama Boogie. She later had a prominent role in the 2014 film Fury in which she portrayed a German woman known as Irma aunt of Emma.
